ALIGN 27 is the Intentional Churches Conference, a church leadership conference built for whole church teams rather than individual leaders. It runs two full days near Chicago and finishes by turning what you learn into a written plan your team can run when you get home.
ALIGN is built for church teams: lead pastors, executive pastors, elders and board members, and ministry area leaders. Each role spends both days in a track built for the seat they actually sit in, so the whole team leaves pointed in the same direction.
ALIGN 27 runs Wednesday and Thursday, May 5 and 6, 2027, at Christ Church of Oak Brook in the Chicago area. Day one runs 9:00am to 5:00pm and day two runs 9:00am to 3:30pm, Central time. An optional Pre-Con runs the day before, on Tuesday, May 4, from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Early-bird registration is $189 per person, or $159 each for teams of four or more, and holds through March 23, 2027. From March 24 the rates rise to $229 and $199. Registration runs through Brushfire.
Registration covers both full conference days on May 5 and 6, your role-based track for both days, all main sessions, the team tools and frameworks, and lunch and snacks each day.
Yes. ICCON, the Intentional Churches Conference, is now ALIGN. Same mission and same rooms, with a sharper focus on turning vision into a plan your team can run the week you get home.
Most conferences send one inspired leader home to convince everybody else. ALIGN brings the whole team into the room and pairs main-stage teaching with working time in your track, so you leave with an agreed plan instead of notes and good intentions.
Great Commission breakthroughs happen when the right leaders are in the right room together. Teams of four or more also pay a lower rate per person, so cost is not the reason your team shows up short-handed.
